  • Loren Wilson, CEO & Co-Founder

    Loren is a veteran of the Internet advertising industry having spent the last 15 years involved in building consumer-facing applications and sites, monetizing page views and operating a syndicated publisher ad network. He brings significant product strategy, business development and leadership skills to his role as Chief Executive Officer of Answer Media. In his previous role as Vice President of Products at Inuvo, Loren led the Search and Partner Management groups since 2006. Loren was integral in growing the Inuvo publisher network from $2 million to nearly $30 million annually.

    Loren also brings extensive start-up experience, first as part of the management team at iModules Software, a SAS technology solution provider created from the remnants of an original dot-com business, Planet Alumni, and later with Litmus Media, a small online publishing and advertising company acquired by Inuvo in 2006.

    Loren received a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Advertising from The University of Kansas.

  • Matt Brummett, COO

    Matt has spent the last ten years building, developing and managing online advertising businesses. His experience and vast network in the display industry is key to his role as Chief Operating Officer, and to the strategic direction of the company. In his previous role as Director of Demand Sales at Adknowledge, Matt led the advertiser-side sales and account management teams for their display ad network, where he helped grow the business from a run rate of $7.2 million to $18 million annually.

    Matt has also worked on and served as an advisor to several startups. He was an original partner of Zoom Interactive Marketing, a direct-mail and internet marketing firm specializing in education, which sold to the The Whitley Group in 2008. He then helped build Landing Media, one of the country’s largest affiliate-marketers back in 2007, and in 2009 served as an advisor to CoreCPM, who built a real-time bidding (RTB) technology platform and later merged assets with Answer Media.

    Matt received a B.S. in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations from Kansas State University.

  • Casey Murawski, Vice President of Operations

    Casey is also veteran of the internet advertising industry having spent 11+ years focused on PPC and Display Advertising. Casey began his career in 2002 at search & tech startup, Landing Media, LLC where he was responsible for the management of millions of dollars in monthly online ad spend. Through the optimization of these paid search campaigns, Casey was instrumental in developing the company’s in-house bid-optimization and campaign expansion technology which resulted in massive revenue growth. In 2005, Casey shifted to PlattForm Advertising as a Senior Interactive Digital Media Buyer. While at PlattForm, he led the team’s innovation and mobile efforts and personally managed over $21Mil in PPC/display budget and generated over 650,000 leads for Education clients.

    In 2009, Casey founded CoreCPM – A startup focused on the development and implementation of a proprietary Real-Time-Bidding (RTB) platform, allowing scalability through algorithmic bidding for in-house display campaigns. CoreCPM would later merge assets with Answer Media, and now handles more than 1Bil highly-targeted display impressions per month.

    Casey received a B.F.A. from Utah State University.

  • Chris Hazen, CTO

    Chris is a visionary technology executive and thought leader who has developed innovative technology products and online services throughout his career. Chris began his career as a technologist and consultant at Borland and has had leadership roles in large companies such as Sprint, Waddell & Reed as well as several technology start-ups. As the Chief Technology Officer, Chris leads all the technology planning, designing and development of the Answer Media products and brands.

    Chris received a B.A. from the University of Kansas.

  • Danielle Bourassa, Vice President of Publisher Solutions

    Danielle has spent her entire career working with publishers to help them monetize page views, searches and data. She began her career working as a publisher network manager with Destination Weddings Travel Group, and later transitioned to business development roles with LeadFlash, Commission Junction and Inuvo. Most recently, before joining Answer Media, Danielle played a key role in building out an extensive publisher network for Inuvo’s syndicated search network. At Answer Media, Danielle is focused on managing the relationships with new and existing publishers.

    Danielle received a B.S. in Communications from Worcester State College.

  • Eric Hazen, Chairman & Co-Founder

    Eric is a serial entrepreneur involved in multiple entrepreneurial ventures in addition to Answer Media. He currently serves on boards of several companies including Inside Response, Inside Academics, and Allied Innovation. Prior to Answer Media, he served as President of Prodigy Companies, where he developed several Insurance and Finance properties including Healthcare.com. Healthcare.com was acquired by an investment group in 2007.

    In 2002, he founded Deepstar Interactive, a full-service agency in higher-education recruitment. At Deepstar, Eric built a dynamic platform of more than 100 websites including OnlineDegrees.com, that scored and delivered prospective students to educational institutions. Deepstar’s assets were acquired by QuinStreet, Inc. (NASDAQ:QNST) in 2005.

    Eric has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Emporia State University.

  • Bill Grant, Investor and Strategic Advisor

    Bill is the CEO of Edge Hill Capital, an opportunistic investment fund focused on making investments in a variety of companies with significant growth opportunities. Previously, Bill has served as Vice President of Sales for LabOne. During his time at LabOne, revenues increase from $170 million to more than $500 million and earnings increased from $10 million to $75 million. Bill was instrumental in both product development and organic growth initiatives in the clinical division. Prior to his role as Vice President, Bill served in numerous sales positions at LabOne from 1998-2001.

    Bill received a Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Kansas.
